How soon will I have my data?

You will receive an email within 3 business days to confirm receipt of your request. Requests will be processed on a first come first serve basis after data requests from our stake holders have been processed and completed. After your request and supporting documentation have been processed we will email you with a determination and timeline concerning when your data will be available.

What should I do after I submit my request?

In addition to submitting this form you will also need to email jake.walker@arkansas.gov attachments of the following documents:

1. 1. Research proposal
2. 2. Signed advisor approval
3. 3. Copy of IRB certification or letter from the Office of Regulatory Compliance confirming IRB certification
4. 4. IRB application and IRB approval (if applicable)
